Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

• Proof of purchase must be provided

• Used or altered products

• Items damaged due to misuse

2. Provide order number and reason for return

3. Receive return instructions

4. Ship item using a trackable carrier

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
